Simple Javacard CEPS applet. The Applet is an implementation of
an electronic purse according to the CEPS (Common Electronic Purse
Specification, http://www.cepsco.com). Currently the transactions
Linked Load, Unlinked Load and Purchase are implemented. Furthermore
there is a Java framework that simulates the background system and
provides interfaces to trace and modify all communication.
